Get in Early, Get in Late

Everyone has their own auction strategy but the question of when to bid should be on the top of your list.  Some bidders place their bids with hours left on the auction.  That way they are positioned to win if no one else bids.  But what about late bidders?  Late bidders sit back and let the early guys hammer on each other.  When things settle down they jump in with a fresh pot of bids and an eager bidder finger.  These late comers have a distinct advantage over the early guys.  The early bidders are watching as their total bids spent gets closer and closer to the retail price of the item but the late guy doesn't have to worry about that.  The moral of this story is if you see an item that is already bid to up to a high price, that is the perfect time to get into the action and steal it away.  GoBid.
